Philippe began his career in 1993 in Paris at the Jean-Marc Maniatis Salon of St Germain des-pres. After much success he moved to London in 1997 to work with Tony and Guy.

He then began freelancing with Eugene Souleiman, and still contributes to fashion shows in Tokyo, New York, London, Milan, and Paris. This includes work for designers such as Dolce & Gobbana, Alexander McQueen, Stella McCartney, Yohgi Yamamoto, Hussein Chalayan, Chanel, Valentino and more aswell as magazines such as Numero, the British, French and Italian Vogue, Pop, Ten.

His editorial work has appeared in magazines Oyster, NW, AXM, Squint Homme, Icon, GQ, FHM and has worked in a range of national TV programmes in France and the UK. Four years ago he joined Fordham Soho and has since divided his time between this and his freelance work. Celebrity clients include Naomi Campbell and Erin O'Connor.
